The coordination service includes planning support one month prior to your wedding/event, creation of your timeline, liaison with your suppliers and coordination of your event/wedding.

Styling is a creative process in which a unique story is told through colour, design, texture, lighting and visual communication. Styling packages are tailored to your bespoke needs from style design to sourcing of styling suppliers.

The planning service includes full wedding/event planning from start to finish of the planning process including styling, budget management, sourcing/bookings, and on the day coordination.

As the owner of Bronte Ellaine Weddings & Events, I have the privilege of working collaboratively with couples and individuals to bring their wedding or event to life. I have a meticulous an eye for detail, a creative and modern approach to styling, and consider it a joy to be a part of creating special moments and memories for people to share. On the day coordination
process & inclusions
Consultation 1 month prior to your wedding/event.
Site visit at your venue.
Creation of event order including timeline, suppliers list & contacts, floor plans, styling details, bump in and out schedule and seating arrangements.
Supplier liaison one week prior to your event to confirm details with all contributors.
Coordination of wedding rehearsal.
On the day: facilitation of set up, styling of all decor, floral and hire elements, coordination of the day from start to finish.

Styling consultation to discuss your vision
Wedding/event design including mood board, colour palette, and full digital design for all spaces.
Sourcing of all styling suppliers.
Management of styling budget & creation of bump in & out schedule for styling suppliers.
On the day styling including management of supplier deliveries, positioning and set up.
Planning
process & inclusions
Creation of wedding design including mood board, colour palette, and style design for all spaces (ceremony, cocktail & reception).
Sourcing of suppliers including venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, celebrant, florist, musician/band/DJ, stationery, furniture & hire, hair & make up artists, cake, transport, lighting, audio & logistics.
Budget management
Creation of event order.
